Following setting should do the trick:

• Network name/(ESSID) is “UIBK” or “eduroam”.
• The wireless network authentication type is “WPA2 Enterprise”.
• Data encryption method to use is AES.

Use following user authentication settings:

• EAP Authentication Type: PEAP.
• Authentication Method: MS-CHAPv2.
• Username and password will be the ones given from the University (c-number):
• User: c703xxxx
• # Note: for eduroam the user is c703xxxx@uibk.ac.at

To use eduroam securely (not sending your password to everything called “eduroam” as explained here) you may want to use the certificates.
