Following setting should do the trick:

network name/(ESSID) is "eduroam" or "UIBK".
the wireless Network Authentication type is "WPA2 Enterprise".
the Data Encryption method to use is AES.

Use following user authentication settings:

the EAP Authentication Type: is PEAP.
the Authentication Method is MS-CHAPv2.
Your Username and Password will be the ones given form the Univeristy (c-number):
User: cXXXXX.
# Note: for eduroam the user is cXXXXX@uibk.ac.at
Password: same as for your c-account.

To use eduroam securely (not sending your password to everything called “eduroam” as explained here) you may want to use the certificates.
